The Mont Blanc roll and cake look soooo yummy!! I’ve just made charlotte tiramisu yesterday evening – one of my hubby’s fav cake.🙂 I can’t wait for our next opportunity to go back to Japan for holidays. There is always a lot of thought and care that goes into the ‘creation’ of Japanese food and yours is exactly like that too! Gambate!
