Berry*berry tart – February Basic B Class Menu

Strawberry season is here~! yum yum… This month we will use a lot of fruits as well as chocolate! We have fruits rollcake for Basic A class and fruits tart for Basic B class. We will also make Hazelnuts caramel banana tart for the Advanced class.

The picture you are looking at is fruits tart from February Basic B class. As some of you may already know, tart is my favorite cake!!!

This tart is made from creme d’amande (almond creme), creme patissiere (castard creme), fresh cream, and lots of strawberries and blueberries. All the parts are so tasty and worth learning^^. And of course, it’s such a gorgeous looking cake!


パート・シュクレ(タルト生地)、クレーム・ダマンド(アーモンドクリーム)、クレーム・パティシエール(カスタードクリーム)。 それぞれのパーツを丁寧にご指導致します。 トッピングは、いちご(1人1パック半!)とブルーベリーをたっぷりと盛り付けて、可愛らしいタルトに仕上げましょう。


During our 3 and a half hour course, each of you will make this lovely cake from the scratch. I will teach you how to foncage (mold) the tart crust and give you the tips to make a perfectly crunchy tarte, not too soft nor too hard.

With the remaining crust, we will bake special sable, a cute icing decoration cookies!

DATE:    February 4th (Sat.) 2:30pm-6:00pm

                 February 17th (Fri.) 2:30pm-6:00pm

                 February 18th (Sat.) 10:00am-1:30pm

     FEE:       RM180  RM135/class

    By any chance will you share this recipe? My parents really like desserts like this but being that I grew up in America, I like my desserts to be on the sweeter side. They would love this!
