I’d like to update May Schedules. There are some changes made so please refer to this new one! Thank you!

1.Basic Class

2. Premier Class 

     MENU: Rare Cheesecake (Non-baked type) & Fondant Chocolat

        Theme: Cheesecake, fondant ganache

        DATE:  May 20th  (Sun.) 2:30pm-6:30pm

                  May 30th (Wed.) 10:30am-2:30pm

                 

    FEE:       RM195 (RM146  for members)


3. Afternoon Tea Special Class

Theme: Afternoon tea quick deserts!

MENU: 5 kinds of cakes and sandwich

– Scone

Sable Cookie

– N.Y. Style Cheesecake

Gateau Chocolat

– Panna Cotta (Blanc Manger)

Sandwich (Tuna & Cucumber)

*2 kinds of teas & macarons will be provided during the tasting session.
