Bread Baking Session 2 ~Bagel*Bagel~!

Afternoon class was Session 2 ~Bagel*Bagel~ class! We had 2 students this day that joined both morning and afternoon sessions. Thank you so much for your hardwork ^^!

We made chocolate chip & walnuts bagels and honey & cranberry bagels. Since it’s more difficult to make bagels with lots of filling, we will practice a plain bagel first using the honey bagel dough.

 

Bagels are actually less work than the table roll, and we don’t have the smashing and throwing process. The proofing time is also less so if you are having a busy morning this menu will be good to start with!

My class is small group of students and intimate setting!


 The next class will be held on May 19th (Sat.) 2:30pm-5:30pm and May 25th (Fri.)   2:30pm-5:30pm.
