April Premier Class*

This is another class we had last weekend – Caramel Chocolate Mousse & Hazelnuts Finacier from April Premier!

Well, I forgot to take the end products because it took a while to freeze ><. This mousse has a lot of parts to make, but actually the individual parts are very simple to make and you can also eat each of them separately.

When you freeze it, it tastes like ice cream too^^!

Another menu for this class was Hazelnuts Finacier. This cake is very easy to make and of course delicious! I normally teach two kinds of items in a class, and the second menu is a simple one so that anyone can immediately do at home^^.
