Entremet Cafe Chocolat*

Hi everyone, I’d like to introduce you another basic class for this month!

Entremet Cafe Chocolat is a Chocolate mousse layer cake. It is made from chocolate biscuit, chocolate mousse, coffee jelly and some bananas. It is a sumptuous cold dessert that goes well on a hot summer day in Tokyo. Since it’s hot every day in Malaysia, this cake is suitable to be eaten all year round^^!

We will make this cake in 7″ mold and decorate it with cream and macarons. The photo has cacao nib around, but during the lesson we will decorate this cake with colorful macarons which I prepare prior to the class.

Another menu for this class will be Banana bread. This cake is in-between bread and cake and the texture is very unique. It’s very easy to make and can be your breakfast & snack!

       FEE:       RM180 (RM135  for members)
