Carrot Cake * Banana Cake

Hi there!

I finished all our American Sweets Special Class! Thanks for those students who joined my class ^^. It might’ve been a long and tiring class for you but hope you enjoyed~! I am planning to have the next Season Special class around October or November!

By the way, all the three recipes you learned in this class was quite simple and easy to make. You can also change the fruits or some ingredients in the recipe and create a different cake. The other day I baked Banana Cake with my daughter using Carrot Cake recipe. We used 2 bananas (about 150 gram) instead of the carrot (100 gram) and reduced icing sugar to 40 gram (from original 60 gram) as banana was quite sweet and ripen. I took out cranberry and cinnamon from the recipe and only added walnuts. No icing decoration. It tasted great!
