Additional Classes!

Ramadan is coming soon! Are you planning to bake lots of cookies?

Due to some requests, I am conducting Starbucks Style Chocolate Chunk Cookies again on July 6th (Fri.) 10:30am-12:30pm. This is a 2 hour short course and it comes together with Coffee Making! So please come and join us!

Another class is Japanese Snow White Bread, new date added on July 28th (Sat.). For this bread class we will specially continue the promotion price RM99!

Updates on Caramel Factory!

Hi there!

It’s been a while since I made my last post. So sorry for no updates!

I’d been quite busy working on my new project… I will be publishing my first book soon! It’s supposed to be launched next month in July – during Ramadan period! I got this exciting offer several weeks ago and since then I have been working on it in between my classes. The book will be basically a collection of some of my recipes and photos together with the baking tips and lifestyle segments, and it will be in Malay and English. Please look forward to it^^!

We will bake this plain one and with chocolate chips inside & almond on top.

I always have someone creative in the class^^.

Last Sunday on Father’s Day, I had Intermediate Children Baking. We baked Chocolate Banana Chiffon cakes and the children wrote message on their boxes.

Caramel Nuts Tart* Premier Class

Good morning!

Oops I just realized that I haven’t written a post on this month’s Premier Class! The menu is Caramel Nuts Tart and Sable Mandian.

Caramel Nuts Tart is something like the one in the center of this photo! We will make pate sucre (tart crust), creme d’amande (almond cream) and caramel walnuts on top! There is also a hint of hazelnuts taste in the almond creme part. This time we will bake them in 10cm size and each of you get to bring back 6 pieces of them!

Tart is personally my favorite and I am excited to introduce it to you again!



Another menu is Sable Mandian, which is a cinnamon spice nuts cookie. This is also my personal favorite. Yes, it’s one of the photos that were introduced in Inspirasi Perkahwinan June issue!

We will decorate it with something called pate macaron and various nuts!

This can be Hari Raya gift cookies…^^?
